Banana Soy Smoothie

1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 peach, peeled, sliced and frozen
6 strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup apple juice
1/3 cup light plain soy milk
2 tablespoons soy protein isolate
1 tablespoon sugar

Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
1 serving.
