Prune Smoothie

1/4 cup pitted prunes
1 banana
1 cup soy milk, or rice milk
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
1 serving.

Fruit Smoothie Tip:
To pick a sweet cantaloupe, look for the one with small, tight netting on the skin and it should smell sweet. If the seeds rattle, it may be overripe.
