All Fruit Smoothie

Print: All Fruit Smoothie

1  ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1/2  cup green seedless grapes
1  small ripe banana
2  teaspoons honey
1/4  cup cranberry juice cocktail
5  ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.

1 serving.

Fruit Smoothie Tip:


In general, 1 pound of fresh berries equals about 4 cups or 1 quart. Usually 1 pint equals about 2 cups.
