Creamy Apple Smoothie
By Chicklet2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup apple juice
1 cup diced apple
cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
2 servings.
