Summer Vegan Smoothie

2 cups watermelon
1 cup silken tofu
1 cup strawberries
1 cup peach juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
2 servings.

Fruit Smoothie Tip:
Cut your fruit into small pieces and spread out on a cookie sheet to freeze. Once frozen, put it in freezer baggies for future -and easy- use. Frozen fruit makes great snacks, both in your smoothie and on it's own.
