Berry Vegan Smoothie

1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup sliced peaches
3 cups ice
1 cup silken tofu
1/2 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend until smooth.
4Â servings.

Fruit Smoothie Tip:
In general, 1 pound of fresh berries equals about 4 cups or 1 quart. Usually 1 pint equals about 2 cups.
